Purchasing

Making a purchase is very simple: just browse our selection and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping basket. Once your selection is complete, you will be asked for some details necessary for the completion of your order. You will then be redirected to a secure payment site to enter your card details, or alternatively you can use PayPal.

Fullis Wholesale Limited reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason the company deems appropriate.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders over £25.00 (Exc Vat)  in NE8 are eligible for free delivery. For orders below this amount or out of this zone, there will be a standard delivery charge of £5.00+VAT. Delivery to the Highlands and Northern Ireland may incur extra charges. We aim to deliver goods the next working day after your order has been placed (Monday-Thursday inclusive.)

* Please be aware if we are not informed that an address is difficult to locate, ( in the comments section during checkout process), if a delivery is attemped and thier is no one in to sign for it, or failure to provide the correct delivery address may result in redelivery charges.

Damaged Goods

Should an item that has been purchased be unsatisfactory for any reason, we must be made aware within 14 days of purchase. The product can be returned and you will be refunded, provided the item is in resalable condition.

Please note: thier will be a 10% restocking fee on any item you are unhappy with, and wish to return. (this excludes damaged or defective items).

If items are received damaged or missing parts, we must be notified immediately (Unless the damage occurs whilst using the item, in which case you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us and receive a refund or replacement).

Tax

All prices shown on our website exclude VAT and carriage. COSH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) information is available for many products on our website. Customers who meet specific criteria may be eligible for VAT exemption on particular products.

Description and Images

All description and images of products, produced by the supplier, are approximated only, and intended to give a general idea of the product, and do not form part of the contract.

Limitation of Liability

The Customer agrees that Fullis will not be liable for any losses or damage suffered by the Customer including but not limited to damage to neighbouring or connected items or premises, consequential loss, loss of business, business interruption or loss of time due to the use or purchase of the Goods by the Customer. Fullis will not be liable for any additional damage caused by the Customer’s failure to report a fault or defect in good time.
